Value Camp for the students of TVS Matric.Hr. Secy. School, Madurai

A value camp for the  V Std students of TVS Matric. Hr. Secy. School, Madurai, was held on March 26, 2013, at Chinmaya Mission, Madurai. 340 students with 9 teachers participated in the Camp. The camp organised by the Devi Group and Yuvaveer Jeyaguru,  that consists of the activities like TI2TI visuals, Bhajans, story telling, games and 'Word Search'..The camp ends with Chinmaya Aarthi..The winners in the Games and Word Search, encouraged  with the mementos  The feed back from the campers was encouraging and expressed their wish to join the LEAD - Summer camp in the month of May.

                        

Chinmaya Vanaprastha Sansthan Meeting...

On March 24, 2013... Chinmaya Vanaprastha {Senior Citizens'} Meeting was held at Chinmaya Mission, Madurai . Sw. Sreedharanandaji, Tamilnadu Regional Head  and Acharaya, Chinmaya Mission, Trichy delivered the  key note address to the audience. In his 1.30 hrs. speech..he gave interesting and important,  'tips for the happy living' for the senior citizens, in terms of Finance, Family.,, Planning, and Relationship. 85 participants from different areas of Madurai enjoyed the event..

Sri Guru Dakshinamoorthy Sannadhi 10th year [Samvasthra] Varushabishegam held on March 19, 2013, at Chinmaya Meenakshi, Madurai. Vigneswara Pooja, Laghunyasa Rudra Japa started by 7.30 a.m. Followed by Sri Dakshinamoorthy Moola Manthra Homam., Ganapathi Homam, Vasudhara Homam and evening Sri Dakshinamoorthy Sahasranama Archana was held..  Special archanas and Aarthi held on both in the morning and evening.


In this connection, Acharya Sw. Sivayogananda's spiritual discourses held from March 17 to 19 [three days] by 6.30 p.m. at Chinmaya Mission.

 A Value Camp was organised by Chinmaya Devi Group, for the students studying 5th Std.,  TVS Primary School, Madurai., on March 16, 2013 at Chinmaya Tapovanam, Puloothu.  The sessions  that includes story telling., activities, Bhajans. and trekking in the premises..were handled  by Prof. Sankaran., Mrs. Sankaran., Ms. Kanchana., Ms. Latha., Ms. Mallika Sekar.,, Ms. Devi Nagamanian & Yuvaveer Jayaguru..Mr. Gopalsamy, Secy., welcomed the participants, in the beginning.  The feedback by the students and Teachers, was encouraging...
