Acharya Swami Shivayogananda, is looking after the activities of the Madurai Branch. A library 'Chinmaya Saraswathi' has been opened,,with a collection of books under different titles. Chithrai Festival at Madurai...Seva by Chinmaya Mission..

Chinmaya Seva Trust and Chinmaya Yuva Kendra organised a Seva Center at the Goripalayam main Road, Madurai.,on the day of Ethirsevai... Buttermilk and Panagam [sweetened jaggery water mixed with lime, elachi/ginger etc.] distributed freely, to quench the thirst of the devotees. The distribution starts at 7.00 p.m on 24th April and ends on next day by 3.00 a.m....

Sri Rama Navami Celebrations....

Chinmaya Mission, Madurai, in co-ordination with the Asthiga Sabha, Doak Nagar, organised 14th year Sri Rama Navami celebrations in 'Chinmaya Meenakshi' Dhyana Manadapam on a grand scale on April 19 [Friday]. Swami Sivayoganada, blessed the 40 ladies, who participated in the 'Sri Rama Laksharchana Pooja' ...Large number of devotees, Asthiga Sabha, Devi Group and Chinmaya Mission members, also participated..Prasadams were distributed to all the devotees..
