Chinmaya Yuva Kendra, Madurai, organised a 'One Day youth Camp' titled 'Inner Quest" {Ladder of Success} for the college students, on July 20, 2014 [Sunday] at Chinmaya Mission premises at Madurai. 140 students of both men and women from 10 colleges, in and around Madurai, participated in the camp.
The students were divided in to two batches and the topics of 'Self Motivation', 'Emotional Quotient', 'Intelligence Management', and 'Career Readiness' were handled by Sw. Sivayogananda, Dr. S.Girija, Prof. Raja Govindasamy and Smt. Chitra Ganapathy, respectively. TI2TI session was handled by Brni. Gomathi. The members of CHYKS group planned the camp meticulously and make the event a successful one. Camp kit, snacks,Tea and lunch was provided to the participants.
One more such 'Youth Camp' has also been planned to organise on August 10, 2014, for those students / Colleges, who expressed their willingness to join the Camp, after the entry date.
The feed back of the campers was also encouraging and more than 40 students expressed their willingness to join 'Chinmaya Yuva Kendra' as members...
